The Empowered Woman is a social impact initiative centring the voices and experiences of women to advance gender equality, through education, connection and empowerment.
We create trauma informed, strength based spaces that foster safety, compassion and support, for women and girls to thrive in their authenticity and power.
Every space we create is designed to restore agency, cultivate courage and embody empowerment - with a focus on strength rather than fear. The creation of our programs, training and policies support women's empowerment at all levels - individual, community and institutions.
The Empowered Woman is conscious of actively including men in the journey toward meaningful change, whilst ensuring the safety and empowerment of women are at the centre of our work
